I feel everything you are going through. I do a good job at hiding it and I have literally walked off a presentation because I just couldn't do it. However, I just wanna say keep on going, you have no idea how your life will turn out years from now. I didn't see myself graduating college when I was in high school because I knew there would be so many presentations in college and I just didn't want to put up with that. But here I am! Also, college may not be your path in life, don't let it get to you. I just wanted to let you know I feel your pain and frustration, hang in there.
