I know how you feel. The anxiety you feel is real. It’s hard to get out of your funk because it seems you’re throwing gas on the fire. Find something that takes your mind off of this. Preferably something physical. Get that nervous energy out. Then regroup your thoughts. And FIND some coping strategies that will help you deal. One thing I did was go somewhere where no one knows you and go around talking to everyone u see. Just initiate conversation with everyone. You’ll never see these people again so let loose and you’ll be amazed of how much you learn about yourself!
