I have a tip that is useful to me. I used to stutter a lot when speaking, especially during school presentations. It stressed me a lot; even to make me cry out of frustration. Many of my friends told me to practice speaking exercises, but those won't work for me. Another approach that I came up with is to not care at all. Every time I am in the need of talk, I say to myself: "It is almost certain that I will stutter, so what's the deal? Nobody cares enough to pay attention to me struggling to speak. Yes, I stutter, so what?" Embrace stutter! It is true that that will not solve completely the problem, but it will make it so much easy to deal with.
