Does anybody else stutter when you are telling something important to someone?

Does anybody else stutter when you are telling something important to someone? I find that my stutter isn’t that bad normally but when I get to tell something that I really want to tell or that I need to tell it flairs up. I was wondering if anybody else has this happen.
