I feel like that, before I had the B-complex I couldnt have the "energy" to speak properly, now I have the energy to speak but my habbit still offcourse holds me back. Dont take me wrong, I still stutter badly sometimes but I feel like its just a habbit now, I am in more control. I have tried everything, Benzos, Nootropics, Vyvanse, Ritalin, Adderal and SSRI's like PAXIL. But nothing have worked as good as B-complex of the active form.
