I was talking to someone a while ago. I rarely stutter now. I was telling them about some of the effects stuttering has had on my life. He somehow became convinced of the notion that I'd been gaslighted and bullied into thinking I had a stutter while all along having been as fluent as I currently am, despite explaining it to him. People are weird. Nice comeback with the glasses.
