I stutter when I am nervous, shy, embarrassed, attracted to someone, or just because it randomly happens, I have had partners who have said it's endearing or cute, honestly, I didn't care and I told them that, they meant no harm, just teasing me endearingly I think it depends on the person and how they feel.
