Old? Im 32 and I dont consider myself old. 😂 I always break the ice in work, dating, new friends etc. Its not like you can hide it anyway so just be upfront about it. My whole work knows that I stutter, I do have urges to try and hide it but Its useless because as soon as I say a few sentences their it is, the block.
