Totally understandable and healthy if you ask me! Stuttering can take mental energy and discipline. Think about it, where other people would talk fluently and feel like it´s nothing, we have to put in willpower to speak, mind our speech to talk slow, deal with stress, adjust our thoughts so we can cope with the stuttering. That is a cognitive workout lol. Activities that require mental energy generally make you exhausted, like studying for a whole day. ​ The other day I had in a live class for college and I constantly had to gather willpower to speak in class or in groups. Also tried to have positive thoughts regarding my stutter and embrace it instead of being ashamed with it. That´s not what I usually do, and it took mental energy. I was very happy but I was also so exhausted when I came home lol. In summary, it means you did great!
