Just bombed my speech presentation last night in class and feeling like shit

Just bombed my speech presentation last night in class and feeling like shit I literally prepped, rehearsed and made note cards but once I got on the podium I just locked up and I could barely get more than a couple of words out at time. Safe to say it was embarrassing.
