Nope. The thing is, people who stutter are forced to find different ways to cope with everyday life that non-stutters do, often (at least in my experience) at the cost of more expensive or stress. The DWP view this as us because we have to adapt, that means that we’re not eligible because, well, we’ve found a way to live. It’s so hard to explain how it feels to live with a stutter to someone who doesn’t have one.
