"Whats your condition?"

"Whats your condition?" We had a new employee at work and I was talking to him and after only a few minutes he just randomly asks "Whats your condition?". I was so confused and responded with "like hair conditioner?" 🤣🤣🤣 Weird way to pop the question but he told me he never met someone with a stutter.
