I think to become a coach you need a solid understanding of the core parts of the program, by taking several courses and then take an exam. you also are assessed on leading different workshops during the weekend when you will Take your exam. it was really hard core coaching and studying weekend! and my friend who I took to the course also became a coach and later an instructor.
