Does anyone experience their lips quivering or feeling like they’re shaking?

Does anyone experience their lips quivering or feeling like they’re shaking? I think it’s part of adrenaline and anxiety but I wonder how I can stop this or reduce it. It makes me nervous and I stutter more when this happens.
