Practicing pronounciations through reading aloud. I've been seeing a speech therapist before all the covid stuff happened and I've found her very helpful, I've been noticing improvements in my speech ever since. With this being said, we haven't been able to conduct our sessions because of the pandemic. The last time we had our session was in march and now I'm noticing that I was reverting back to my old habits (lip pursing, tongue sticking out). I speak better when I'm alone and I generally do not stutter when I'm alone so I was wondering if reading aloud every night for atleast 30 minutes would help in improving my speech given the fact that I would be alone. What do you guys think?
