I know this is 3 days old, but look up mindfulness! It's a good way to calm you down before a speech and during. I took public speaking this semester and before every speech my anxiety would get bad but just closing my eyes and counting my breaths in and out nice and slow, and clearing your mind really helps Hope you did good if you had them already!
