Can't comment to London, but here in Scotland it would depend on the nature of the course. For example, my undergrad was in performance art and had zero accommodations because it was a course about performance .e.g speaking in public and any accommodations would nullify the point of the course. Similarly, in all higher education I've had there has been no consideration given to my stutter as it would only impact spoken presentations and they don't mark on fluency, rather on communicated argument/content. I'd chat to disability services, but it seems unlikely to me that there's much they could do, possibly beyond what they'd do for ESOL if you're ESOL.
