I’m 21 and I say I’ve accepted it but I’ve really not. There was a guy at my work who had one and he would talk away to everyone and I never understood how to do it. I constantly tried to chase his self confidence but I couldn’t. I was talking to my boss and he told me a good skill - stop comparing yourself to others
