Well, you probably won't stop stuttering, but you certainly can reduce it. It's not easy, and it takes work. If you've had speech therapy before, go back to it, look back at your notes, try to figure out what's happening now in your life. If you haven't had therapy, look into it with a good speech therapist who has had training in stuttering. There are books also that you can read that would be helpful.
