Well it depends on the severity. If u can talk with barely a few hick ups in a min, that's great. But for someone like me who can't say more tha. 2 3 words a minute and get blocked for wayyy to long, worse in tense situations like interviews. It's usually better to tell the interviewer beforehand. Because if I go to it without telling them, u can clearly see the look of annoyance or regret on their face. So i do tell them so atleast they're prepared for whats coming. Although i have to resort to writing stuff on paper or on chat(for online interviews). I have been rejected by alot of companies but its not like they wouldn't have found out in the interview if i didn't tell them beforehand.
