It sounds like you're acing it. You're so close to your Master’s. About suggestions, everyone has their own favorites. Read about them and try what you think targets your issues. Breathing has helped many as has reading aloud. It sounds like your issue is social interaction. You mentioned doing better before COVID when you were part of an accepting social group in high school. Because you're going to graduate soon, perhaps trying to engage socially with new people and forming new relationships, desensitizing yourself to the stress of oral communication would work. Since you'll be working in a new environment with unfamiliar people, practicing engaging socially with diverse people is a good move. Good luck as you move into your new professional sphere.
