Does anybody else feel like they'll never get to be themselves?

Does anybody else feel like they'll never get to be themselves? I get that we all have our flaws but I feel like severe stuttering really filters the real me. The fact that I can't express my personality thru speech is what really makes me inferior to everybody else despite all our other flaws.
