Whatever floats your boat mate! I myself am pretty open about it, if I get a block, I simply say "Sorry, my stammer is acting up." This also gives my brain a chance to reboot, release the tension and then I'm actually able to talk (Most of the time). I'm afraid I can't give you any knowledge on the customer service field. but I wish you good luck!
