It sounds like it might be a stutter! Your example of "wh-wh-what" is a sound repetition. If you are experiencing any trouble in school, like giving presentations, participating in group discussion, or interacting with other students, please have your parents reach out to the school SLP (Speech Language Pathologist) so they can meet you and possibly help you.
