Acceptance is the end..... Right? I used to always think that Acceptance was the end of the road for my stutter. All I had to do was accept it and it would go away? Right? Wrong! Truth is, Acceptance is only the first of many steps when it comes to overcoming your stutter. It is a very necessary step, because you need to accept it before anything changes. Though it is not the end. Once you accept it, you must hit the Mindset Understanding phase where you find out the truth about your subconscious as a human. Then once you understand your subconscious, you have to then develop your Growth Mindset. Meaning you have to get your mind used to doing all the things that scare you. The more it scares you, the faster your Growth Mindset will develop. After your growth mindset is developed you must then upgrade it again. This time into the Winning Mindset. The Winning Mindset is a little similar to the Growth Mindset, except it causes you to actively look for opportunities and circumstances to win. You will go from someone who looks at conversations as something to fear and avoid into someone who purposely seeks out conversations and speaking situations so that you can win respect, love, laughter, relationships, and more from the conversations. Finally, once your Winning Mindset has developed, your mind will look at conversations and the entire world differently. Once this happens, it will look at expression differently and come up with a new process for generating speech! By this point all the fear and negative emotions that held you back have been subsided! You will be more confident, polished, and your belief in yourself will skyrocket into the way you speak! Congratulations, because this means you will have successfully become a fluent speaker! P.S.
