Hey, I saw that my post was down voted. Not sure if it was you. But want to be clear that if somebody doesn’t have any speech techniques, then I totally understand why they see being covert as the best option. But if someone has access to speech techniques that are sufficient enough to be a starting point to better the fluency of specific words, then I think they should commit to using any word they wanna say. Because at the very least, they will end each day knowing that they committed to what they wanted to say. Facing our self brings out a big storm inside us, but I believe the storm passes, so to speak.
