The calm feeling with stimulants is pretty common. That generally doesn't go away. However, any sense of exuberant euphoria definitely fades after a few weeks. IMO I find its pretty hit or miss. I take Adderall and either I am fluent or it makes my stutter particularly pronounced. Complete coin toss
