thank you so much this really means a lot. i saw so many therapists bc my parents don’t really understand this yk. whenever one therapist showed the slightest bit of smth they didn’t like, they moved me to a new one. i didn’t really have a choice. but now i have one under every Monday on zoom, but it hasn’t been a huge help. thank you again for this your a great person🙏
