— Read a lot. It helps to know synonyms ;-) —Learn foreign languages. Because sometimes, sounds that we cannot say in our language, we can say in another. Plus, it's okay to struggle with words when learning a language, especially if it's very different from yours. so it helps with self-confidence — Stop trying to respect the normal pace of speech. It helps a lot to take breaks. "I would like some. (Pause. Say the word two-three times in your head.) Coffee." — Practice alone in front of the mirror while looking into your eyes. A lot. — Smile when you speak. It helps with confidence. — Never force a word. When word get stuck, it means you have to change your strategy: breathe, wait, or calm down. — Face the real world, be at peace with your stutter. Nothing gets better by staying in your room. Courage to all and I hope for you a lot of strength, love and positivity
