Both , my eng is not good tho , i wish i live in like saudi or qatar or uae , they speak slowly with formal فصحى arabic , the difference between my dialect and formal arabic is like between American english and british , americans eat letters and talk fastly while british talk slowly with way is funny for others but for stutterer is bless
