Yeah, I know it’s not the same and maybe not exactly a ‘solution’ but if I’m feeling particularity anxious some day I use it. My zoom calls go random depending on the day. Sometimes I’m very fluent and feel motivated enough to ask questions and some days I just want it to end. I had a period where I was mindful about it and kept telling myself “no one is judging you based on your stutter.. just do the right thing and don’t stay quite just because of your stutter”. I would force myself to ask a question or say something and felt good about it afterwards. But it was a cautious effort and I was in the right mindset. I’ve slipped since then.
