As with most people, it varies from situation to situation. I will stutter infrequently if I am one-on-one with someone I know, talking about a subject I am confident with. I have a blocking stutter. In meetings with 5-10 people, I have some form of stutter every other sentance. If I am pulled into a meeting where I am unfamiliar with the people and the subject then I am a shambles. My blocks tend to be 2-5 seconds. My job is advising teams on technical problems. Half of each day tends to involve meetings with 5-10 people. My blocks used to be a lot longer but the more I speak, the more confidence I have in various situations and that tends to help. I do a personal vlog each day that I don't publish to practice talking into a camera. When I have a presentation. I will practice it 20 times. I find this means that at times, I can go into auto-pilot as I have said the phrases so many times. Ten years ago, I could have never imagined doing the role I am doing now. It would have been hell. However, each role I have done has involved a little more talking. This has given me more confidence and I feel like I am doing alright.
