I stutter sometimes when I'm feeling emotional or when I'm sick, but never otherwise, what does this mean?

I stutter sometimes when I'm feeling emotional or when I'm sick, but never otherwise, what does this mean? I dont know if this is what this subreddit is for but I was wondering if I'm the only one who does this. I almost never stutter but when I do I can hardly finish a sentence. Also sorry if these sentences are hard to read, English isnt my first language
