Hmmm. I see where you're coming from. If you've watched past videos of mine, I explain that the way to improve your quality of life comes from: meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, expressing gratitude...list goes on. While you'll still have to work consciously on your speech throughout, engaging in these practices will definitely help you. All dependent on how committed you are & the effort you put in. Just remember that life doesn't happen to you. We have to live actively and make conscious changes for ourselves. Hence, I've "reversed the quality of life angle". Do you see where I'm coming from? You can disagree if you want but I hope you understand my perspective - it's helped me tremendously.
