Yeah that scene is really disturbing, but I really like that scene because I find it more or less an accurate representation of stuttering. What is really evil about the scene is that the torturer gives him a "chance" to let him go if he can count to three without stuttering, but he knows perfectly well that the guy won't be able to do it in that stressful situation. That's some really evil psychological torture there.
