Hey mate thanks for the repply. The idea is to "reboot" your system, let it rest. Then face your triggers gradually in order to overcome them. I know escaping is not the answer. We are constantly triggered. Is way too much that we can handle. Another good idea is to ensure a good night sleep. Sleep also reboot your system. Maybe that is why when we are tired we stutter more. Take care.
