You weren't going to finish university. You weren't going to use your diploma. Using words like "impossible." Assuming people are pitying you. Thinking that you'll end up with nothing. There's a ton of negativity in your post. Depression can be a vicious cycle. Getting help is very difficult when you're sliding downward.
