yep that is why I was bullied and laughed at for my stuttering. People don't care soo much that they start laughing at me. That is the ultimate not caring behavior . When people laugh at you and imitate ur stutter in your face or when they wont hire u just cuz u stutter. Also not caring behavior. I am so glad people don't care
