I am in the end game and I'm fighting the fear of stuttering (that takes more time than stopping to stutter). You utilise the science of neuroplasticity to build fluency memories in your brain. Over time you will have more fluency memories than stutter memories. This is done by doing certain things to only hear fluency and not hear disfluency. Reading aloud and some more things help you to achieve that.
