i haven’t gone too in depth, but my stutter is weird. i’ll just use substitute words, and i know i’m about to stutter when i lose my memory. when that happens, i tend to talk faster, thinking it’ll push my words out faster. spoiler- it does not. i don’t have a trigger word or letter, it just happens randomly. every day. i’ve tried working out a pattern or something along those lines, nothing ever works. nothing ever adds up. comes to the point where i just go mute. i know i’m going to stutter so it comes hand in hand with my anxiety, which makes it worse. thanks for this though, i’ll definitely give it a try
