I hated high school for this reason, being social is so damn important to everyone. Until it’s over. Then all those people leave your life and only the select few that actually give a shit hang around, and they don’t care if you stutter. I have like 2 friends now and I’m totally cool with it, found a job where i rarely have to talk to people and when i do i stutter, but nobody else can tell them what they need to be told so it is what it is. Just know that high school is probably the worst it will ever feel, and that good people will enjoy you and what you have to say regardless of how long it takes to tell them.
