Apart from these other suggestions are welcome too, personally for me i have issues in pronouncing most words starting with "m". So even if I'm mostly okay with the rest of the sentence, the inability to speak this particular word/words enable me to stutter much more and get extremely panic ridden so much so that i get really sweaty and my heart starts beating badly.
