I’ve stuttered most of my life and was diagnosed with ADHD late In my experience the meds (adderall, Ritalin) did make stuttering worse. However if I could choose to only treat one disorder it would be ADHD. The stuttering sucks but is nothing compared to the inability to accomplish anything
