Thanks for the update. I'm big coffee lover, but I'm thinking about stopping drinking coffee completely. I've mild/moderate stutter that gets worse as the number of audience increases. I've always had a slight tremor in my hands, so I didn't think much about it. Few months back I started analyzing my stutter. I noticed that right before starting a meeting or presentation in front of multiple people, my whole body starts to tremble, and I feel a huge lump in my throat. Those are probably signs of anxiety, more than stuttering, but having a stutter definitely doesn't help.... But at least now I know what causes my stutter to get worse. After stopping drinking coffee for 4-5 days, and making some small changes in my lifestyle, I've noticed that the tremor is almost gone. I don't feel the shaking prior to speaking in groups, but I still have the lump in my throat.
