Is anyone else's self esteem shattered?

Is anyone else's self esteem shattered? I'm at work now, stuttered all day. I'm about to get off in 10 minutes (thank You Lord). As soon as I get to my bedroom I am turning off all my lights and I'm going to hide under my blanket. I feel so embarrassed of my speech. When I answer the phone and someone hangs up immediately after I stutter, I hate myself. It makes me feel so worthless. I know this is not the truth but in the heat of the moment it sure feels that way!
