I M19 had stuttering problem, it wasn’t high but at first year high school I wasn’t comfortable at school and so it has worstened alot, at 10th grade I changed high school and it has become very uncommon to happen (almost stopped)

I M19 had stuttering problem, it wasn’t high but at first year high school I wasn’t comfortable at school and so it has worstened alot, at 10th grade I changed high school and it has become very uncommon to happen (almost stopped) 7 months ago after the war that’s happened in my country I started stuttering like crazy, I often have my body muscles contracting and I still can’t get the words out, it feels really embarrassing and it’s become very intense now. Do I have to see a Neurologist physician or a psychiatrist or some therapist?
