I'm 26 and Ironically my job has shifted to mostly sales even though I tried to initially avoid it. I've found though that being prepared for the calls (e.g. having a plan and clear objectives) combined with being open about it if I'm having a bad day has made a world of difference. ​ Overall I'm glad I've been forced to do more sales calls/presentations, as it slowly has eroded my fear/anxiety around it and overall has helped to improve my fluency due to being more confident in myself and caring less what others think.
