Is stuttering mental or physical? Hello everyone I stutter since I was 8 and I am 16 right now. So today I kinda wonderd if stuttering is mental or physical? I know that I don't or rarelly stutter when I'm alone or reading a book out loud. My mom always said that before I stuttered I talked really fast and still do! So is my stuttering metal or physical?
