Eugenics in terms of disabilities or physical health is very much alive. Doctors do fetal tests for these things. I bet if we did a female study and asked if they’d prefer a disabled child or a non-disabled child, they’d choose non-disabled 99% of the time. I’d be living under a rock and denying human reality if I stated that people don’t consider genetics when choosing someone to reproduce with.
