I'm a 21m who wants to get a sales job. How do I succeed at this kind of job?

I'm a 21m who wants to get a sales job. How do I succeed at this kind of job? I'm really struggling right now in my life. I've always wanted to be an entrepreneur and own my own company. Part of me has this strong desire because I want to conquer my stutter and become a great leader and communicator. To clarify, my stutter is very mild. In normal conversations, people have no idea I stutter because I'm able to speak spontaneously. But I have a hard time following an exact script because I have to speak particular words and that makes me stutter. Does anyone have any advice for how I can make this goal of mine happen? Thanks!
